Article 1. Agreement

After the agreements made privately between the parties on xx of December 1462 the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies authorizes the District of Abruzzi to build n.2 War Carracks and n.1 Trade Carracks for the applicant xxxxxxx as a Governor of the Kingdom of Valencia.

Article 2. Execution

The Parties agree to behave according to the following for the execution of the agreement:

- (nome del governatore di Valencia), or third delegated by him, pays 50.000 (fifty thousand) poundsas preliminary payment for the construction of the ship within 30 days from the signing of this contract. The cost of materials will depend on the District of Abruzzi.

- The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, by the District of Abruzzi, will start the construction work of the First War Cararck within 30 days from payment of the sum of money owed by the purchaser.

- Upon signing this contract the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and the District builder are committed to deliver the ship to the buyer within 30 days from the opening of the shipyard.

- The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, by the District of Abruzzi, will start the construction work of the Second War Carrack within 20 days from the delivery of the First War Carrack.

- The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and the District builder are committed to deliver the ship to the buyer within 30 days from the opening of the shipyard.

-The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, by the District of Abruzzi, will start the construction work of the First Trade Carrack within 20 days from the delivery of the Second War Carrack.

Article 3. Recesses and arrears.

- In case the buyer, xxxxxxx representing the Kingdom of Valencia, does not pay the agreed payment within the agreed days the following contract will be void. In the event that at the end of the period shown for payment, the buyer should have paid only a portion of the share without paying all that was due to the contract will be void and the Kingdom will keep the prepayment as compensation.

- If the District builder doesn't start construction work within the period specified will be the possibility for the customer to demand the dissolution of that contract and the restitution of the amount paid for the purchase of the ship within the opening of the shipyard.
