I, Lord Jewbeard, Regent of Kingdom of England recognize:

- the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies as an independent and sovereign State, and for this reason it will exercise independently the legislative, executive and judicial power;
- the Parliament of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, which is made up by counselors, that are elected in Kingdom's provinces;
- the King, the Chamberlain and all the other State's departements, legally recognized by the Parliament.

We, Arimanno David Spadalfieri, Count of Castel Volturno, King of the Two Sicilies and Lord Jewbeard, Regent of England recognize that the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and the Kingdom Of England are united by a bond of friendship, respect and cooperation, in the hope that the relation between this two countries will last forever.

After this recognition another treaty on the Embassies and the legal cooperation will follow.

Present treaty is written in two versions, one in Italian and one in English. The two versions have got the same value and effect.

Io, Lord Jewbeard, Reggente del Regno d'Inghilterra riconosco:

- Il Regno delle Due Sicilie, come stato sovrano ed indipendente che, in quanto tale, eserciterà in autonomia il potere legislativo, esecutivo e giudiziario;
- Il Parlamento del Regno delle Due Sicilie, composto dai consiglieri eletti al governo delle province di appartenenza al regno;
- Il Re, il Ciambellano Reale e qualunque altra carica ufficialmente riconosciuta dal parlamento.

Io Arimanno David Spadalfieri, Conte di Castel Volturno, Re delle Due Sicilie riconosco che:

- Alla luce di questo trattato il Regno delle Due Sicilie e il Regno d'Inghilterra sono uniti da un vincolo di amicizia, rispetto e collaborazione reciproca, nella speranza di veder nascere solide relazioni fra i due stati.

A questo riconoscimento seguirà un trattato sullo statuto degli ambasciatori e sulla cooperazione giudiziaria.

Il presente trattato è scritto in due versioni, una italiana e una in inglese. Le due versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia.

Questo trattato ha il fine di stabilire una Relazione Diplomatica di base tra i territori di cui supra. Dovrà, pertanto, stabilire i diritti dell'Ambasciata e del'Ambasciatore/degli Ambasciatori, nonché di tutto il personale dell'Ambasciata all'interno di ciascun territorio.

Articolo Uno - Dell'Ambasciata

a) Il Regno dell'Inghilterra costruirà un'Ambasciata entro il Regno delle Due Sicilie che sarà considerata come sul suolo inglese, con l'Inghilterra come il sovrano esclusivo sull'Ambasciata e sulla terra al suo interno.

b) Il Regno delle Due Sicilie costruirà un'Ambasciata entro il Regno dell'Inghilterra che sarà considerata come sul suolo del Regno delle Due Sicilie, con il Regno delle Due Sicilie come il sovrano esclusivo sull'Ambasciata e sulla terra al suo interno.

c) Come tale, qualsiasi atto di aggressione su un'Ambasciata è, di per sé, un atto di aggressione sul territorio sovrano dell'Ambasciata.

Articolo Due - Dell'Ambasciatore, della Protezione Diplomatica e della Immunità Diplomatica

a) L'Ambasciatore dell'Inghilterra al Regno delle Due Sicilie godrà dell'immunità diplomatica contro persecuzione, mentre all'interno del Regno delle Due Sicilie. Il Regno delle Due Sicilie dovrà garantire la sicurezza del'Ambasciatore inglese ed il diritto di libero passaggio attraverso la terra, e dovrà adoperarsi per aiutare l'Ambasciatore inglese in ogni situazione che può essere richieste, dove possibile, con o senza una richiesta dell'Ambasciatore inglese.

b) Se l'Ambasciatore inglese commettesse un crimine grave, il Monarca del Regno delle Due Sicilie (o il Reggente del Regno delle Due Sicilie se non c'è Monarca sedente) potrà rimuovere l'immunità diplomatica del'Ambasciatore inglese al fine di perseguire l'Ambasciatore inglese.

c) Il Regno delle Due Sicilie mantiene il diritto di rifiutare un rappresentante diplomatico del Regno dell'Inghilterra e richiedere una sostituzione per qualsiasi motivo.

d) L'Ambasciatore del Regno delle Due Sicilie al Regno dell'Inghilterra godrà dell'immunità diplomatica contro persecuzione, mentre al'interno del Regno dell'Inghilterra. Il Regno dell'Inghilterra dovrà guarantire la sicurezza del'Ambasciatore siciliano ed il diritto di libero passaggio attraverso la terra, e dovrà adoperarsi per aiutare l'Ambasciatore siciliano in ogni situazione che può essere richieste, dove possibile, con o senza una richiesta dell'Ambasciatore siciliano.

e) Se l'Ambasciatore siciliano commettesse un crimine grave, il Monarca dell'Inghilterra (o il Reggente dell'Inghilterra se non c'è Monarca sedente) potrà rimuovere l'immunità diplomatica del'Ambasciatore siciliano al fine di perseguire l'Ambasciatore siciliano.

f) Il Regno dell'Inghilterra mantiene il diritto di rifiutare un rappresentante diplomatico del Regno delle Due Sicilie e richiedere una sostituzione per qualsiasi motivo.

Articolo Tre - Del Richiamo e dell'Espulsione

a) In caso di necessità o di emergenza, il Monarca dell'Inghilterra (o il Reggente dell'Inghilterra se non c'è Monarca sedente) può richiamare l'Ambasciatore inglese e la Delegazione Diplomatica inglese dal Regno delle Due Sicilie all'Inghilterra.

b) Inoltre, il Monarca dell'Inghilterra (o il Reggente dell'Inghilterra se non c'è Monarca sedente) ha il diritto, in caso di emergenza o per necessità, di espellere l'Ambasciatore siciliano e la Delegazione Diplomatica siciliana dal Regno d'Inghilterra con un tempo di preavviso non inferiore a due settimane di rimuoversi dall'Inghilterra.

c) In caso di necessità o di emergenza, il Monarca delle Due Sicilie (o il Reggente delle Due Sicilie se non c'è Monarca sedente) può richiamare l'Ambasciatore siciliano e la Delegazione Diplomatica siciliana dall'Inghilterra al Regno delle Due Sicilie.

d) Inoltre,il Monarca delle Due Sicilie (o il Reggente delle Due Sicilie se non c'è Monarca sedente) ha, in caso di emergenza o per necessità, il diritto di espellere l'Ambasciatore inglese e la Delegazione Diplomatica inglese dal Regno delle Due Sicilie con un tempo di preavviso non inferiore a due settimane di rimuoversi dal Regno delle Due Sicilie.

Articolo Quattro - Della cancellazione del Trattato di Relazioni Diplomatiche

a) Se o il Regno dell'Inghilterra o il Regno delle Due Sicilie desiderasse annullare questo trattato, sarà necessario che la parte richiedente scriva una Dichiarazione Ufficiale in conformità con le loro leggi, e che invii una copia ai funzionari del territorio interessato. Il trattato sarà considerato annullato dopo due settimane in conformità con il tempo di espulsione dell'Ambasciatore e della Delegazione Diplomatica.

Articolo Cinque - Della Traduzione

a) Il presente Trattato di Relazioni Diplomatiche è scritto in inglese ed è stato tradotto nella lingua parlata nel Regno delle Due Sicilie. Entrambe le versione saranno considerate valide e corrette; tuttavia, la versione inglese sarà sempre considerata legale e utilizzabile nelle Corti di Legge.

[rp]Treaty of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of England and the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies

This treaty is to establish a basic Diplomatic Relationship between the above territories. It will, therefore, establish the rights of the Embassy and the Ambassador(s) as well as all Embassy staff within each territory.

Article One – Embassy
The Kingdom of England shall build an Embassy within the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and it shall be regarded as being on English soil with England as the sole sovereign over the Embassy and the land within it.

The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies shall build an Embassy within the Kingdom of England and it shall be regarded as being on Sicilian soil with Sicily as the sole sovereign over the Embassy and the land within it.

As such, any act of aggression upon an Embassy is, in itself, an act of aggression upon the sovereign territory of the Embassy.

Article Two – Ambassador, Diplomatic Protection and Diplomatic Immunity
The Ambassador(s) of England to the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies shall have diplomatic immunity from prosecution whilst within the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies shall guarantee the safety of the English Ambassador(s), the right to free passage through the land, and shall endeavor to help the English Ambassador(s) in any situation that it may be required where possible, with or without a request from the English Ambassador(s).

If the English Ambassador(s) should commit a serious crime, then the Monarch of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies can remove diplomatic immunity from the English Ambassador(s) in order to prosecute the English Ambassador(s).

The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies maintains the right to refuse a diplomatic envoy from the Kingdom of England and to request a replacement for any reason.

The Ambassador(s) of Sicily to the Kingdom of England shall have diplomatic immunity from prosecution whilst within the Kingdom of England. The Kingdom of England shall guarantee the safety of the Ambassador of Sicily, the right to free passage through the land, and shall endeavor to help the Ambassador(s) of Sicily in any situation that it may be required where possible with or without a request from the Ambassador(s) of Sicily.

If the Ambassador(s) of Sicily should commit a serious crime, then the Monarch of England (or the Regent of England if there is no sitting Monarch) can remove diplomatic immunity from the Ambassador(s) of Sicily in order to prosecute the Ambassador(s) of Sicily.

The Kingdom of England maintains the right to refuse a diplomatic envoy from the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and to request a replacement for any reason.

Article Three – Recall and Expulsion
In the case of necessity or emergency, the Monarch of England (or the Regent of England if there is no sitting Monarch) may recall the English Ambassador(s) and the English Diplomatic Delegation from the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies to England.

Also, the Monarch of England (or the Regent of England if there is no sitting Monarch) has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the Ambassador of Sicily and the Diplomatic Delegation of Sicily from the Kingdom of England with a warning time of not less than two weeks to remove themselves from England.

In the case of necessity or emergency, the Monarch of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies may recall the Ambassador of Sicily and the Diplomatic Delegation of Sicily from the Kingdom of England to Sicily.

Also, the Monarch of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies (or the Regent of Sicily if there is no sitting Monarch) has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the English Ambassador and the Diplomatic Delegation of the Kingdom of England from the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies with a warning time of not less than two weeks to remove themselves from Sicily.

Article Four – Cancellation of the Treaty of Diplomatic Relations
Should either the Kingdom of England or the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies wish to cancel this treaty, it is necessary for the requesting party to write an Official Declaration in accordance with their laws, and to send a copy to the relevant territory’s officials. The treaty will be considered annulled after two weeks in accordance with the expulsion time of the Ambassador(s) and the Diplomatic Delegation.

Article Five – Translation
This Treaty of Diplomatic Relations is written in English and is to be translated into the relevant language spoken by the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. Both versions will be considered valid and correct, however the English version shall always be considered legal and usable in the Courts of Law.

Questo trattato stabilisce la fondamentale Relazione Diplomatica tra i territori succitati. Articolo II – Protezione Diplomatica ed Immunità Diplomatica

1 A) Il Regno d'Inghilterra mantiene il diritto di rifiutare un inviato diplomatico del Regno delle Due Sicilie per motivi di sicurezza, tra cui (ma non limitati a) reati contro la Corona e/o contee dell'Inghilterra, o potenziale danno per lo stesso inviato, e mantiene la diritto richiedere una sostituzione entro i limiti della ragione.

B) Il Regno d'Inghilterra dovrà sforzarsi per assicurare la sicurezza dell'Ambasciatore del Regno delle Due Sicilie, il diritto di libero passaggio attraverso i territori inglesi, e dovrà cercare di provvedere ad ogni aiuto necessario per l'Ambasciatore duosiciliano, sia esso richiesto o no.

C) L'Ambasciatore del Regno delle Due Sicilie presente nel Regno d'Inghilterra godrà di immunità diplomatica da procedimenti giudiziari durante la sua presenza nel Regno d'Inghiliterra. Se l'Ambasciatore del Regno delle Due Sicilie presente nel Regno d'Inghilterra fosse accusato di aver commesso gravi crimini, questa immunità sarà considerata automaticamente nulla, invece per crimini minori, il Sovrano d'Inghiliterra (o il Reggente se non vi è alcun Sovrano in carica) può revocare l'immunità diplomatica all'Ambasciatore del Regno delle Due Sicilie in modo da processarlo.

D)Crimini gravi sono considerati essere quegli atti annoverati tra il Disturbo dell'Ordine Pubblico, Tradimento o Alto Tradimento secondo le leggi del Regno d'Inghiliterra o le Leggi delle sue Contee. Se si presume che verrà commesso un crimine, il Regno d'Inghilterra informerà le autorità del Regno delle Due Sicilie circa lo stato diplomatico del rappresentante coinvolto e i dettagli del processo, qualora fosse stato aperto.

E.) Ogni Ambasciatore del Regno delle Due Sicilie dovrà fornire un sufficiente preavviso della sua visita di almeno 3 (tre) giorni prima dell'arrivo nel Regno d'Inghilterra, in modo da informare le autorità opportune.

B) Inoltre, il Sovrano d'Inghilterra (o il Reggente se non vi è alcun Sovrano in carica) ha il diritto, durante un emergenza o per necessità, di espellere l'Ambasciatore del Regno delle Due Sicilie e la Delegazione diplomatica duosiciliana dal Regno d'Inghilterra con un preavviso di non meno di due settimane per lasciare il territorio.

2. A) In caso di necessità o di emergenza, Il Sovrano del Regno delle Due Sicilie(o il Reggente se non vi è alcun Sovrano in carica) può richiamare l'Ambasciatore duosiciliano e la Delegazione diplomatica duosiciliana dal Regno delle Due Sicilie.

B) Inoltre, il Sovrano del Regno delle Due Sicilie (o il Reggente se non vi è alcun Sovrano in carica) ha il diritto, durante un emergenza o per necessità, di espellere l'Ambasciatore del Regno d'Inghilterrae la Delegazione diplomatica inglese dal Regno delle Due Siciliecon un preavviso di non meno di due settimane per lasciare il territorio.

Articolo IV - Regole della Non-Aggressione

Con la firma di questo Trattato, entrambe le parti mutualmente accettano di non commettere azioni aggressive tra di loro, e accettano i seguenti punti:

1) Nessuna delle parti agirà in maniera tale che intenzionalmente, direttamente o indirettamente, destabilizzi o rovesci l'ordine politico o economico legittimo dell'altra parte. Entrambe le parti accettano e riconoscono la sovranità dell'altra e il suo diritto di autogoverno senza interferenze.

2) Nessuna delle parti parteciperà intenzionalmente o autorizzerà una serie di azioni atte a danneggiare l'altra

3) Nel caso in cui un'armata autorizzata dei uno dei firmatari entri nel territorio dell'altro senza autorizzazione, la parte nella quale l'armata ha avuto origine ha 24 (ventiquattro) ore per rimuovere ogni autorizzazione e dichiarare l'armata fuorilegge. Il fallimento della rimozione dell'autorizzazione entro 24 (ventiquattro) ore sarà considerato un atto di aggressione e annullerà il trattato.

4) Individui in posizioni di non comando in un'armata che entra nel territorio dell'altra parte firmataria possono essere processati dopo aver lasciato l'armata per qualsiasi atto criminale commesso non legato all'esercito. Gli individui in posizioni di comando in un'armata che entrano nel territorio dell'altra parte firmataria possono essere processati dopo lo scioglimento dell'armata o dopo essere usciti da essa per infortunio per qualsiasi atto criminale che hanno commesso non legato all'esercito.

5) Ogni territorio ha il diritto di richiedere il passaggio per un'armata attraverso le terre dell'altro. Le forze amate devono ricevere il permesso per entrare prima dell'arrivo e devono rispettare il codice legislativo del territorio in cui cercano di entrare. Ogni territorio ha il diritto di negare le richieste di passaggio di una forza armata nel proprie territorio e/o richiedere un dettagliato programma di viaggio dell'armata attraverso le proprie terre. È considerato un atto di ostilità entrare nel territorio dell'altro senza il permesso o violando il programma di viaggio.

Articolo V - Cooperazione Militare

Il Regno d'Inghilterra accetta di condividere ogni informazione rilevante su eventi di pirateria e minacce alla sicurezza internazionale che possono porre a rischio il Regno delle Due Sicilie. Scambievolmente, il Regno delle Due Sicilie accetta di condividere ogni informazione rilevante su eventi di pirateria e minacce alla sicurezza internazionale che possono porre a rischio il Regno d'Inghilterra.

Articolo VI - Reciproco Accordo sul Libero Commercio

Il Regno delle Due Sicilie e di Inghilterra accettano il reciproco, aperto, e libero commercio di qualunque sorta purché tale commercio non infranga le leggi di ciascun territorio e delle loro Province/Contee. I due Regni si tengono reciprocamente al corrente dei loro bisogni e surplus e presentano reciproca assistenza attraverso il commercio quando possibile.

Articolo VII - Controversie

In caso di eventuali controversie che sorgeranno tra i paesi firmatari, entrambe le parti si impegnano a tentare di risolvere tali controversie o conflitti esclusivamente tramite comunicazioni amichevoli o, se necessario, attraverso un comune accordo arbitrato.

Articolo VIII - Cambiamenti o Cancellazione del Trattato

Ogni cambiamento o aggiunta a questo Trattato sarà decisa tramite mutuo consenso.

Qualora sia il Regno d'Inghilterra, sia in Regno delle Due Sicilie desideri cancellare questo trattato, è necessario per la parte richiedente scrivere una Dichiarazione Ufficiale in accordo con le proprie leggi e mandarne una copia ai funzionari dell'altra parte firmataria. Il trattato sarà considerato annullato dopo due settimane, durante le quali si potrà richiedere di rimuoevere ogni Ambasciatore e le Delegazioni Diplomatiche dell'altro firmatario.

Ogni atto aggressivo da uno Stato firmatario contro l'altro potrà, ma non necessariamente, portare all'intera ritorsione e alla cancellazione di questo Trattato. Sarà ancora dato tutto il rispetto alle Delegazioni Diplomatiche in ciascun territorio, in conformità al tempo di espulsione di due settimane di cui all'Articolo III. This treaty is to establish a basic Diplomatic Relationship between the above territories. It will, therefore, establish the rights of the Embassy and the Ambassador(s) as well as all Embassy staff within each territory. It also indicates that England and the Kingdom of Two Sicilies are committed to a common vision of peaceful coexistence and non-aggression, and agree to respect all the articles below and shall take all reasonable actions to maintain our good relationship.

Article I – Embassy
The Kingdom of England shall be given an Embassy within the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and it shall be given all freedoms that would be available in England.

The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies shall be given an Embassy within the Kingdom of England and it shall be given all freedoms that would be available in Sicily.

Article II – Diplomatic Protection and Diplomatic Immunity
1. A) The Kingdom of England maintains the right to refuse a diplomatic envoy from the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies for security purposes, including (but not limited to) offenses against the Crown and/or counties of England, or potential harm to the envoy itself, and maintains the right request a replacement within reason.

B) The Kingdom of England shall endeavour to ensure the safety of the Ambassador(s) of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, the right to free passage through English territories, and shall endeavour to provide any help to the Ambassador(s) of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies that is required, with or without a request from the Ambassador(s) of Sicily.

C) The Ambassador(s) of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies to the Kingdom of England shall have diplomatic immunity from prosecution whilst within the Kingdom of England. If the Ambassador(s) of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies to the Kingdom of England is reported to have committed a serious crime, this immunity will be considered automatically removed, but for minor offences, the Monarch of England (or the Regent of England if there is no sitting Monarch) can remove diplomatic immunity from the Ambassador(s) of Sicily in order to prosecute them.

D) Serious crimes are considered to be those acts which are considered to be offences of Public Disorder, Treason, or High Treason in the Laws of the Kingdom of England or the Laws of its Counties. If a crime is alleged to have been committed, the Kingdom of England will inform the authorities of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies about the diplomatic status of the representative(s) involved and the details of the trial, if any has been opened.

E.) Any visiting Ambassador(s) of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies must provide sufficient advance notice of at least three (3) days before arrival in the Kingdom of England, in order to inform the appropriate authorities of the visit.

2. A.) 1. A) In the case of necessity or emergency, the Monarch of England (or the Regent of England if there is no sitting Monarch) may recall the English Ambassador(s) and the English Diplomatic Delegation from the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.

B) Also, the Monarch of England (or the Regent of England if there is no sitting Monarch) has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and the Diplomatic Delegation of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies from the Kingdom of England with a warning time of not less than two weeks to remove themselves from England.

2. A) In the case of necessity or emergency, the Monarch of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies (or the Regent of Sicily if there is no sitting Monarch) may recall the Sicilian Ambassador(s) and the Sicilian Diplomatic Delegation from the Kingdom of England.

B) Also, the Monarch of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies (or the Regent of Sicily if there is no sitting Monarch) has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the English Ambassador and the Diplomatic Delegation of the Kingdom of England from the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies with a warning time of not less than two weeks to remove themselves from Sicily.

Article IV - Rules of Non-Aggression
With the signing of this Treaty, both parties mutually agree not to commit aggressive actions towards the other, and agree to the following:

1) Neither party will act in a manner in which the intention is to, whether directly or indirectly, destabilize or overthrow the lawful political or economic order of the other. Each party acknowledges and recognizes the sovereignty of the other and their right to self-governance without interference.

2) Neither party will knowingly participate in or sanction a course of action that will damage the other.

3) In the event that a sanctioned force of one of the signatories enters the partner's territory without authorization, the partner where the force originated has twenty-four (24) hours to remove any sanctions and declare the force rogue. Failure to remove sanctions within twenty-four (24) hours will be considered an act of aggression and nullify the contract.

4) Individuals in non-commanding positions in an army that enters the territory of the other signatory party may be prosecuted after they have left the army for any non-army related criminal acts they have committed. Individuals in commanding positions in an army that enters the territory of the other signatory party may be prosecuted after disbanding the army or after suffering injury and leaving it for any non-army related criminal acts they have committed.

5) Each territory has the right to request passage for an armed force through the lands of the other. Armed forces must receive permission to enter prior to that force’s arrival and must respect the law codex of the territory they seek to enter. Each territory has the right to deny requests for passage of an armed force through their territory and/or to request a detailed travel plan for the armed forces moving through their lands. It is considered an act of hostility to enter the other's territory without permission or to violate the travel plan.

Article V - Military Cooperation
The Kingdom of England agrees to share any relevant information on events of piracy and international security threats that may pose risk to the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. Conversely, the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies agrees to share any relevant information on events of piracy and international security threats that may pose risk to England.

Article VI - Mutual Free-Trade Agreement
The Kingdoms of Two Sicilies and England agree to mutual, open, and free trade of all kinds, provided such trade does not break the laws of either country or that of their counties. The two Kingdoms will keep one another apprised of their needs and surpluses and assist each other through trade whenever possible.

Article VII - Disputes
Should any disputes arise between the signatory countries, both parties agree to attempt to settle these disputes or conflicts exclusively via friendly communications or, if necessary, through mutually agreed upon arbitration.

Article VIII– Changes or Cancellation of the Treaty
Any changes or additions to this Treaty may be decided by mutual consent.

Should either the Kingdom of England or the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies wish to cancel this treaty, it is necessary for the requesting party to write an Official Declaration in accordance with their laws, and to send a copy to the other signatory party's officials. The treaty will be considered annulled after two weeks, during which each of the Ambassador(s) and the Diplomatic Delegation may be required remove themselves from the other signatory's territories.

Any aggressive acts toward one signatory country by the other may, but will not necessarily, lead to full retaliation and the cancellation of this Treaty. All due respect will still be given to Diplomatic Delegations in each other's territory, in accordance with the two weeks expulsion time listed in Article III. If this treaty is not cancelled due to aggressive acts, both countries may keep their diplomatic ambassadors within the other signatory country's borders, and work on negotiating a new peace or a cessation of hostilities.

Article IX – Translation

This Treaty of Diplomatic Relations is written in English and Italian. Both versions will be considered valid and correct, however the version written in the main language of the Kingdom shall always be considered legal and usable in the Courts of Law of that nation.
