- REGULATION ON THE KINGDOM HARBOURS

1. Restrictions on the number of ships : - It is recommended that one dock must always be free, and the coordination of the time of arrival and departure of ships is done by harbormaster - Ships in the service of the Kingdom have the advantage as long as they work for the Kingdom, regardless of the time of arrival - Ship in the service of the Kingdom must have a valid accreditation of royal merchant and without it can not be present and conduct trade on behalf of the Kingdom - Accreditation of royal merchant approves the Count or the Trade Minister - Ship in the service of the Kingdom of Bosnia can have a flag of another Kingdom when bringing goods to the Kingdom of Bosnia and has a valid accreditation of royal merchant
~ Priority by categories : - Ships in the service of the Kingdom that import and export goods - A ship sailing under the flag of the Kingdom of Bosnia - Foreign ships
2. Taxes and fees : - Port tax is 2 gold per day - If the ship does not pay port tax, it is prohibited from docking again until the debt is paid - Taxes and fees are expensed to the ships that are in the service of the Kingdom - Any ship can be anchored a maximum of five days in port, and then at least five days cannot be anchored at the same dock, unless it is approved otherwise by harbormaster or the Count - Warships in the service of the port defense have the advantage of docking a dry (building) dock
3. The process of docking a port: - Ships coming into the port must be announced at least three days before they arrive at the port, in order to facilitate the timely access. - Captain should provide the list of passangers (screenshot), inventory (screenshot) and the reasons for coming - Captain must announce how many days the ship will be anchored - Harbormaster shall inform all travelers to the Law on Trade and submit all information to the mayor's office , and if necessary, the Constable.
4. Penalties and criminal liability: - Ships which do not comply with the order of arrival and departure, can be prohibited from anchoring in the port up to 3 months - The ships who anchor the port by force will be forbidden from anchorage for 6 months and will be penalized with 500 gold. - If the captain does not comply with the decision of harbor master in three days, Count can and will order the sinking of that ship. - Any violation of these regulations will be prosecuted to the court of the Kingdom of Bosnia.
5. Final provisions - Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the publication of the "Notice of the Bosnian Council" and lasts indefinitely, until the possible changes
Decision: I authorize the current Minister for Trade (Shefika) to keep track of merchants and artisans in coordination with the Sheriff, Mayor, Harbourmaster, Sergeant and Ban, according to these guidelines.
