We, Jade de Sparte d'Avila,

To Boorich Kosaca, Minister of Foreing affairs of Bosnian Kingdom,

To the people of the Balkan Region,
To who may hear or read it,

We have heard about the actions that have taken place in the Adriatic Sea
We have heard that the Capital City of Zenica has been taken by Albanian armies
We have heard of the threats of the Black Eagles towards the Bosnian citizens

Albania
has been seeking war for quite some time and a lot of events happen
prior the current situation. Rumors and actions behind the scenes
created an atmosphere of intrigue and destruction. Actions and reactions
occurred on both sides. According to our information, a ship was sent
to Bosnia to transport soldiers to Bosnia that should fight against
them. Bosnia chose to attack this ship and sunk it finally. Even
imperial citizens lost their values in the attack. Albania answered by
sinking the only Bosnian ship and finally taking the Capital.

Actions
cause reactions that are worse than what happened before. An atmosphere
of a never ending vicious circle has been created. No sign of diplomacy
but an answer with blood, pain and kills in the name of revenge.

Albania has agreed to discuss peace but revenge isn't the base to seek for it.

Citizens
of Zenica died, innocent families suffer the pain of losing beloved
souls. Again Albania acts strong and without any official explanation.
Albania is seeking for blood, rage, destruction and chaos.

Now
after the capital of Bosnia was taken, the Black Eagles blackmail the
Bosnian citizens to do what they want. Bear them down to their knees in
front of them.

Peace has been wished by the empire many times,
we offered our hand to seek for peace in the Balkan region but even
though accepted by the Albanian powers, we are now told that a
roundtable can take place after the revenge is now done. What will be
next? Serbia?

We are truly sorry for Bosnia, friend of the
Empire who is close to Our heart. We wish that democracy can be restored
very soon.

We ask all good hearted people living in the Balkan to help our Bosnian friends taking their land back!

How
dare you address the Regent of the Empire in such a way? How could you
ever think that you can say my first name like a peasant girl? We are
the Regent of the Empire and We don't know you. How dare you threatening
Us with the elections? Who do you think you are to impose your view and
harass Us? We are not one of your soldiers neither a dog you can bark
at! Your words are offensive, your tone insolent and your manners
totally absent.

In case you have forgotten, you have clearly given Us an ultimatum and a threat.
"You have 48 hours to take back those words that you said for my army Black Eagles"
"So,
if you dont respond to my words I will write in KAP ( newspapers of RK)
and Im sure that Nitro will have many votes in his favour."

So,
you pretend being yourself the "truth" and only you can "illuminate"
Us. What We read is the words of someone who sends an ultimatum to the
Empire, how unwise to do so.

You think you are informing Us? How
could you be aware of what We know or not? This is mostly presumptuous.
Liberating people by sending them a letter of threats like the one We
have read is not what We call an honorable behavior. It is simply being a
mercenary.

And again, it wasn't enough; you had to resend Us a
letter 5 hours later claiming for an answer, calling Us by Our first
name, also "honey" which We don't allow you.

We suggest you to
read carefully Our letter as it doesn't only speak of you but about the
letter you sent and that We have read. Again, you seem to have short
memory, so let me quote you

"Today we entered in Zenica after crushing the defense of the traitors of Bosnia"
"I call them traitors because they braked an alliance with Albania"
"Im ready to turn back in Albania with my army if you accept this."
"For more now you are destroyed and neither the help of Serbians army can't help you"
"if you don't collaborate with us to solve this situation for the good of Bosnia, you will be judged as traitors of Bosnia"

Is that what you call liberating people from tyranny? By imposing yours?

You
have shown no respect toward Ourselves nor the Empire, We shall have
none for you. Your request is denied. The Empire will not tolerate
threats nor insults. Contact the KAP if you please, We have nothing to
hide. This letter shall be available to all subjects of the Empire so
they know how you have behaved toward the Empire and its representative.


We took the time to answer the letter of someone who is not
even a Citizen of the Empire. However, this shall be the only answer you
will receive from Us as We do not react on mercenaries who do not even
know how to behave.

Fantastico! Siamo alleati dell'Albania ma l'ultima cosa di cui abbiamo bisogno è metterci contro l'impero.

no koron non possiamo aiutare a districare al situazione, le vostre azioni inerenti i rapporti con lo SRING non possono coinvolgere il r2s lo avete detto voi sono azioni personali e legate al regno di albania.

Io penso che, data anche la situazione Amesha, non è il caso di metterci contro l'impero. Secondo me il r2s non può permettersi di schierarsi in questa situazione, ma data l'alleanza con l'Albania dovrà mostrare con chiarezza la sua posizione rispetto a quanto succede e pronunciarsi.
Parliamo di diplomazia e non di amicizia di qui o di la. Diplomazia è mantenere dei rapporti per il bene del regno e sempre a suo favore.

Concordo con la Regina, al momento glissare è la migliore difesa...

I suppose in a wrong way Bosnia was in the SRING, it was a mistake.

I told you that for us that do not have enogh ships and money it is not the right moment to declare war to bosnia, also because you are faraway and you could not defende us and albania at the same time.

First title: About mutual respect

Article 1: The Kingdom of Bosnia recognizes the full and inalienable sovereignty of the Sacrum Romanorum Imperium Nationis Germanicae and the Holy Roman Emperor that was rightly elected, until their death.

Article 2: The Sacrum Romanorum Imperium Nationis Germanicae recognizes the full and inalienable sovereignty of the Kingdom of Bosnia and its Ban.

Article 3: The Imperial Crown and the Crown of the Kingdom of Bosnia commit themselves to mutually respecting the rights which are inherent to sovereignty that are the exclusive power to build rules, the exclusive power to do justice, the exclusive power to resort to force within the limitations of conventional commitments. The signatories commit themselves to respecting any nominations, upgrades, ennoblements decided by the legitimate sovereign or their representatives of the other side.

Article 4: The Imperial Crown and the Kingdom of Bosnia commit themselves to mutually respecting the political regimes in respecting the rights of the peoples.

Article 5: On the basis of this common recognition, both parts commit themselves to respecting the dignity linked to each of them and to treat as equals.


Second title: About friendship

Article 6: The Imperial Crown and the Crown of the Kingdom of Bosnia offer each other peace and sincere friendship; they will do everything to ensure that the Contracting Parties shall ensure that this friendship is maintained.

Article 7: It will be avoided anything that could alter this friendship but instead promote cultural and diplomatic relations between their territories.

Article 8: The Contracting Parties recognize the friendship that unites them, and undertake not to create trouble on the other signatory's territory by any means whatsoever.


Third title: About diplomacy

Article 9: Any official ambassador shall enjoy diplomatic immunity and freedom of movement at its official presence in the other signatory's territory when having received the agreement.

Article 10: This immunity protects its beneficiaries from prosecution without the consent of the province of the ambassador. The immunity covers all diplomatic decisions taken by either party officials and guarantees the free exercise of their office at any time. Therefore, the immunity does not concern any crimes and misdemeanors external to the diplomatic function.


Fourth title: About the respect of the treaty

Article 11: The Kingdome of Bosnia and the Sacrum Romanorum Imperium Nationis Germanicae have to respect the whole dispositions of this treaty in good faith. It has a direct worth in both judicial systems and can be referred to by anyone.

Article 12: If one of the parties thinks that the other does not respect its commitments, it can get out of its own obligations until there can be a consultation about the matter.
