L’Ordine nasce a protezione dei Re albanesi eletti legittimamente dal popolo e cosi avviene fino alla morte del’ultimo Re legittimo Bartolomeus Gropaj e alla sanguinosa guerra civile del 1461
L’Ordine può contare su una forza militare terrestre e marittima, la sua flotta conta caracche da guerra e commerciali che sono attualmente al servizio del Governo di Valencia, Paese dove ha residenza l’Ordine Costantiniano di San Giorgio e i suoi membri.
Abbiamo trattati di solide alleanze con il Regno di Francia e di Valencia, e auspichiamo in un futuro molto prossimo di poter vantare un’alleanza anche con il Regno delle Due Sicilie

Treaty of Alliance between the Crown of France and the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George and the Royal Families of Albania in exile.
Chapter I - Recognition Art. 1.- Kingdom of France recognize the Order as a legit entity, and the Albanians families of Kastrioti, Engjelli, Dukagjini, Gropaj and Kusari as the legit royal families of Albania, in exile.
Art. 2 -.The Order and the Albanian families mentioned above agree as not undermine the French interests or of its allies.
Art. 3 - The Crown of France agrees to not prejudice the interests of the Order and the Albanian Royal Families or their allies, and recognizes as legitimate nobles of Albania and friends of France the Albanian Royal Families and the Order.
Art. 4 - The royal families and the Order recognize France as a free kingdom, with the freedom to decide its foreign relations.
Art. 5 - The Crown of France recognizes the royal families and the Order as free people, with the right to decide its own relations and foreign relationships and settlements.
Chapter II - Alliance Compromises Art. 1.- The Kingdom of France guarantees the Order and the Royal Families in exile, legal protection against any kind of trial, offense or claim from abroad, except the Kingdoms with the ones France had Judicial Treaties.
Art. 2.- Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George, and the Albanian Royal families promise to defend the Kingdom of France, by sea and land, at his request, against any kind of menace for the Kingdom.
Art. 3.- Both of the parts in the Treaty, agree to use their diplomatic influence looking for the other part profit. That includes using contacts to promote commerce, alliances and the defense of common interests.
Art. 4.- The Crown of France will encourage free moving to the people of the Royal Families and the Order in its roads and to their ships in its seas, conforming to the laws of different counties. That includes the right to train their new captains in French sea, to assist to the university classes, and to teach naval knowledges following the statutes of the University.
Chapter III - Validation Art. 1.- The Treaty will last forever, but it can be renegociated if the two parts are disposed to.
Art. 2.- Breaking the Treaty will be a great damage to the other part's honor, and the two parts are compromised to respect their words. However, if the treaty is broken, the other part can ask for a compensation for the damage.
Chapter IV - Translation That Treaty of Alliance between the Crown of France and the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George and the Royal Families of Albania is written in English and translated into French. Both versions are considered valid and correct. The version written in the language of the Kingdoms of France is considered legal in front of whole the French courts.

Chapter I - Recognition
Art. 1.- Valencia recognize the Order as a legit entity, and the Albanians families of Kastrioti, Engjelli, Dukagjini, Gropaj and Kusari as the legit royal families of Albania, in exile.
Art. 2.- We arrange that no action of the Order or the Albanian Royal families will damage Valentian interests or allies, since they are our most noble guests and respect our law.
Art. 3.- We arrange that no action of Valencia will damage the Order and the Royal Families interests or their allies, since we recognize their status as nobles and friends, in the same position as every Valentian citizen.
Art. 4.- The Royal Families and the Order recognize Valencia as a free Kingdom, and his will to decide about foreign relationships.
Art. 5.- The Kingdom of Valencia recognizes the Royal Families and the Order as free people, with his right to decide about his own foreign relationships and settlement.

Art. 2.- The Constantinian Chivalric Order of Saint George, the Order of Sea Dragons, and the Albanian Royal families promise to defend the Kingdom of Valencia, by sea and land, at his request, against any kind of menace for the Kingdom. They owe protection to the Kingdom of Valencia as their new home.
Art. 3.- Both of the parts in the Treaty, agree to use their diplomatic influence looking for the other part profit. That includes using contacts to promote commerce, alliances and the defense of common interests.
Art. 4.- The Order and the Royal Families, agree to help the Kingdom of Valencia and their institutions in internal affairs such as economics (with mine workers and state officers) and with professors, skills, council and experience, to bring progress to the Kingdom, looking for the profit of their new home, for our common good.
Art. 5.- The Kingdom of Valencia grants free moving to people of the Royal Families and the Order in our roads, and to their ships in our seas. That includes the right to train their new captains in Valentian sea, assist to the university classes, and teach naval knowledges following the statutes of the University.
Chapter III - About the settlement in the Kingdom
Art. 1.- The Kingdom of Valencia welcomes the Royal Families and the Order between their borders, and allows them to move into our lands, to the city they choose, as they are free to settle down in the Kingdom, buy houses, workshops, fields, and fell comfortable in their new home.
Art. 2.- They are allowed to spread between our borders, in any city they choose, with no-need of any kind of authorization for it, just like every Valentian citizen.
Art. 3.- They are also allowed to leave if they want to.
