Nella loro grande Saggezza Sua Maestà Aurora_ I Brigitte Geneviève d'Arborea, rappresentante del Regno delle Due Sicilie e Sua Maestà Rothgar Thorsson Kerr , rappresentante del Regno d'Inghilterra hanno deciso di sottoscrivere con questo trattato la loro decisione di riconoscersi a vicenda.

- Il Regno delle Due Sicilie riconosce il Regno d'Inghilterra come stato sovrano è indipendente, esercitando in piena autonomia il potere legislativo, esecutivo e giudiziario senza interferenza di enti esteri su tutte le terre soggette al suo controllo.

- Il Regno delle Due Sicilie riconosce l'inviolabilità dei confini del Regno d'Inghilterra e il diritto di autogovernarsi.

- Il Regno delle Due Sicilie riconosce nella figura del Sovrano il capo di stato del Regno d'Inghilterra, ne riconosce i poteri sanciti dalle leggi della Corona, riconosce inoltre tutte le istituzioni facenti parte della Corona.

- Il Regno d'Inghilterra riconosce il Regno delle Due Sicilie come stato sovrano ed indipendente, esercitando in piena autonomia il potere legislativo, esecutivo e giudiziario senza interferenza di enti esteri.

- Il Regno d'Inghilterra riconosce l'inviolabilità dei confini del Regno delle Due Sicilie e il diritto di autogovernarsi.

- Il Regno d'Inghilterra riconosce nella figura del Sovrano il capo di stato del Regno delle Due Sicilie, ne riconosce i poteri sanciti dalle leggi del Regno, riconosce inoltre tutte le istituzioni facenti parte del Regno.

Con la firma di questo trattato il Regno delle Due Sicilie e il Regno d'Inghilterra sono uniti da un vincolo di amicizia, rispetto e collaborazione reciproca.

Io, Lord Jewbeard, Reggente del Regno d'Inghilterra riconosco:


- Il Regno delle Due Sicilie, come stato sovrano ed indipendente che, in quanto tale, eserciterà in autonomia il potere legislativo, esecutivo e giudiziario;
- Il Parlamento del Regno delle Due Sicilie, composto dai consiglieri eletti al governo delle province di appartenenza al regno;
- Il Re, il Ciambellano Reale e qualunque altra carica ufficialmente riconosciuta dal parlamento.

Io Arimanno David Spadalfieri, Conte di Castel Volturno, Re delle Due Sicilie riconosco che:


- Alla luce di questo trattato il Regno delle Due Sicilie e il Regno d'Inghilterra sono uniti da un vincolo di amicizia, rispetto e collaborazione reciproca, nella speranza di veder nascere solide relazioni fra i due stati.


A questo riconoscimento seguirà un trattato sullo statuto degli ambasciatori e sulla cooperazione giudiziaria.


Il presente trattato è scritto in due versioni, una italiana e una in inglese. Le due versioni hanno lo stesso valore ed efficacia.

Io sono favorevole.. però secondo me questi trattati peccano in un solo punto:
ci riconosciamo sempre, ma alla fine sul concreto non c'è molto..

Bhè, questi sono riconoscimenti basiliari, per rapporti più concreti si dovrebbero siglare alleanze vere e proprie, ma con stato così lontani è quasi del tutto inutile

In their great wisdom, Her Majesty Aurora_ I Brigitte Geneviève d'Arborea, Queen of the Two Sicilies and His Majesty Rothgar Thorsson Kerr, King of England have decided to subscribe with this treaty the decision to recognize between the two Kingdoms.

-The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies recognizes the Kingdom of England as an independent and sovereign State, and for this reason it will exercise independently the legislative, executive and judicial power without interference of foreign entities on all lands subject to its control.

-The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies recognizes the inviolability of the borders of the Kingdom of England and the right to govern themselves.

-The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies recognizes the figure of the Sovereign as the head of England's state, it recognizes the powers by the laws of the Crown, it also recognizes all the institutions that are part of the Crown.

-The Kingdom of England recognizes the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies as an independent and sovereign State, and for this reason it will exercise independently the legislative, executive and judicial power without interference of foreign entities.

-The Kingdom of England recognizes the inviolability of the borders of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and the right to govern themselves.
